By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following. We collect your personal information (name, phone, email, address) solely to process and deliver your order. We will never share or sell your data. Delivery within Mauritius typically takes 5 to 12 business days. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. All prices are in MUR.

Payment details

We accept payments via MCB Juice. When you place your order, you will receive your Order ID. Simply open your MCB Juice app, do a bank transfer of the order amount to account 000454948937, and include your Order number in the payment description.

If you forgot your Order number, send us a message via SMS or WhatsApp before making the payment and we’ll help you out.

Once we receive your payment, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order and arrange delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped. Please double-check your size, colour, and quantity before completing your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours on 5910 9776 and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
